By purchasing from our store, you agree that all sales of digital serial keys, activation codes, and downloadable assets are final. Our delivery system is completely automated, meaning you are solely responsible for ensuring your email address is entered correctly at checkout. While we can help track down orders sent to an incorrect email address, we cannot replace the items or issue refunds if they are delivered to the wrong address. Once a key is delivered, generated, or revealed, it is considered consumed and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, you agree to create a support ticket or DM us on X @betaboxcodes before taking external action. You must allow our team a minimum of 48 hours to investigate and resolve the issue. You explicitly agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment processor until this 48-hour window has passed. Filing a dispute without contacting support first violates these terms and will result in the immediate revocation of your keys and a permanent account ban.
