Refund Policy

Digital Items Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of digital serial keys, activation codes, and downloadable assets are final. Once a key has been delivered, generated, or revealed to you, it is considered consumed, and we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason (including accidental purchases or compatibility issues). If you encounter a technical issue or an invalid key, you must create a support ticket or DM us on X @betaboxcodes before taking any external action. You agree to give our team a minimum of 48 hours to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. By purchasing from our store, you explicitly agree not to open a payment dispute or chargeback with your financial institution or payment processor until this 48-hour window has passed. Unauthorized disputes filed before contacting support will result in the immediate revocation of your keys and a permanent account ban.
